Q: When should i Expect my Certificate?

Clients can expect to receive an email containing their Certificate with in 1-3 business days after completing a class.


Q: What Should I Bring to the class?

Be Prepared to move physically , your attire should be comfortable and easy to move in. No opened toe shoes and avoid wearing jewelry on your wrist and hands . Feel free to bring a water bottle.


Q: Is it required to perform CPR on the ground during an Adult CPR/AED or Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED course to receive certification with Corazón CPR?

Yes, In most real-life situations individuals experiencing cardiac arrest will be found on the ground. Moving them to an elevated surface can delay CPR and impact the outcome. To successfully complete the CPR/AED assessment with Corazón CPR Training Services, participants must perform a full scenario, including checking the person, providing approximately two minutes of CPR, and using an AED with the manikin positioned on the ground. However, for skill practice, accommodations can be made to place the manikin on a firm, flat, and stable elevated surface for those who may need it.

Q: How can a company Or business arrange for first aid and/or CPR training for its employees?

A company can arrange First Aid and/or CPR training for its employees by contacting a Corazón CPR Training Services team member to discuss class details and venue options. We offer on-site certification for groups of 5 to 15 participants, making it convenient for your team to get certified at your location.

Our standard certification fee is $105 per person, and additional travel costs may apply for locations outside of the Portland Metro area. A team member will review your training needs, confirm the class setting, and provide a final pricing estimate based on your location.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for classes?

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment 24 Hours Prior to the class start date without penalty. If a cancellation occurs after this period, no refunds will be process and you will forfit your payment :
